Returns platform

All returns should be logged on our returns portal to generate your unique returns number. The portal can be found here:


Returns policy

  1. You have 30-days from the date of delivery to return wetsuits and goggles.

  2. You may swim in your purchased wetsuit or goggles and still return them, as long as the items are clean, dry and without damage of any kind.

  3. You have 60-days from the date of delivery to return tri apparel, swimwear, casual apparel, compression apparel and all accessories.

  4. Tri apparel, swimwear, casual apparel, compression apparel and all accessories must be returned unused, without damage of any kind, with tags attached and in original packaging.

  5. Damage is defined as sun or chemical damage, stains, scratches, abrasions or tears of any kind.


  7. You may only return items purchased directly from this Zone3 NA website. If you purchased from a Zone NA retailer then you must return items to that retailer and their policy may be different. Please check with the retailer before returning items to them.

  8. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, not Zone3 NA. We do not provide labels.

  9. We do not accept returns from unauthorized retailers, consignment stores, third party websites, or on items purchased outside of the US.

  10. You may exchange for a different size or any other products on our website. We will ship the replacement item(s) out for free.

  11. For exchanges that are not equal in price, Zone3 US will refund any differences or contact you to take further payment if it costs more.

  12. Exchanges will be processed within 3 business days of receipt. You will be sent shipping confirmation within that time.

  13. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receipt. It may take a further 5 business days to appear on your bank card statement.
